[ILL-L] EBSCOhost ILL forms and CLIO Request

Hello!

Is anyone else out there using EBSCOhost ILL request forms with CLIO Request?

I've been using them quite happily for several years. The data didn't import exactly as I wanted, but I got used to cutting and pasting one or two fields.

Recently I asked EBSCOhost to make the bar code/ID field required and they changed the entire form -- customized. Now only half of the data imports into the CLIO Request field and half of it has to be cut and pasted into the correct fields. I am currently using CLIO Request 5.4.1 (Feb 2006).

Anyone else having problems? Anyone else not having problems? 

Should I try to remap all the CLIO Request fields to match the EBSCOhost form? What should I do about the names fields -- EBSCOhost has two and Clio only one?
