[ILL-L] Request for Italian? magazine article

I have a faculty member looking for the following article.  I believe it comes from an Italian publication.  It appears to now be in DOAJ, but not the year I need.

We found two owners in OCLC, one denied our request, the other was lowercase and grayed out.
