[ILL-L] Ten Commandments of ILL

How about not folding up the paperwork, stapeling it closed a couple of
times with the unused mailing label folded inside - staples have to be
pulled and paperwork has to be unfolded to find the request identifier
to complete the transaction. I'm not liking that little gesture, of
what, I don't know.

Here's another:
Thou shall not tape book bands to other library's book covers,
especially not with two pieces of tape 6 inches long! (oops wait -
theres two more pieces of 6 inch long tape on the inside as well! 4
pieces of tape that big? Even if you think taping to a book cover is a
good idea, isn't that a little obsessive?)
<grr> anyone have any hints on the best way to get scotch tape off book
covers?
