That's exactly how we interpret it, too. We lend free to anyone, which
is not the same as being a reciprocal lender (who would charge those who
charge them). We state in our borrowing notes: We are a free lender,
please reciprocate; but we do not state in our policies that we are a
reciprocal lender.

Just want to put in my 2 cents worth? I lend to THOSE who have a YES
next to their RECIPROCAL in their policy directory.
