And using Direct Request makes it even faster because you don't have to
handle the great majority of the requests until they arrive!  And for
those that do wind up in the review file, as Leo said, Custom holdings
makes them a snap to send.

The review file helps this. I show a student last night how to send me a
request to my review file, and she sent me 8. at 5 minutes to my super
time I tried to see how many could be sent before clocking out. In 5
minutes I had them done.  That and custom holdings which I have been
spending a lot of time weeding out the ones that have started charging.
