I think that's right, but some libraries click reciprocal if they belong to some reciprocal groups like LVIS, or more local ones, so it can be deceiving, I've found, Ed.

We lend for free, even to those who charge, so technically we are not "reciprocal" since we don't charge those who charge us.  Am I misinterpreting "reciprocal" ?

Just  want to put in my 2 cents worth? I lend to THOSE who have a YES
next to their RECIPROCAL in their policy directory.
