Thou shalt always include an OCLC accession number in your request when
placing your request using WRS. If thou art trying to avoid deflection,
include it in a borrowing note. If an OCLC number cannot be located,
include a local call number.

Thou shall always include the words "ILL" and "Library" in the address of
anything shipped to another library including reimbursement checks, overdue
notices, and ILL materials.

Verily, college campuses are vast places with an abundance of buildings and
many receivers of mail.

Requested ILLs doth begat the return of ILLs and each year shall see a
multiplication of mail and show proof of a job well done.
