[ILL-L] Ten Commandments of ILL

I've often wondered about that.  Yes, it would be nice if we never got a
request contrary to our policies, but the reality is that it is MUCH
easier and less time consuming for me simply to say no than it is for
everyone to look up policies for every request.  :-)  The only time I
look up policies if I am requesting items I know are archival, special
collections or limited printing genealogies.

Thou musteth have a heck of a lot more time than I, to be able to CHECK
every policy!  For example, in my 5 hours of work today, I have to order
83 items, plus process 30 lending.  check the policies directory for
each one?  HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

These are pretty entertaining, though, I must admit.  Even though some
seem a little out there, but hey, we can all dream can't we?
