[ILL-L] Survey Results revised - On campus document delivery

Attached is an excel file with the responses to the survey I conducted 
several weeks ago.  I added a couple more replies, made 
corrections/additions I received and eliminated any "rewording" of the 
questions (they are now the same as in the original emails.)

Again please feel free to send me comments and or corrections.  I also 
have a pdf version.  Contact me off list if you would prefer it to the 
excel file.
