Hi all,
Looking for some help finding this citation:

its a conference proceedings that seems to be held every 4 years in 
different parts of the world.  I can find other issues on Worldcat, but 
not 1980.

Anyone have this particular volume and would be willing to copy the 
above pages?  The citation was found in MathSciNet.
