The RUSA STARS Codes and Guidelines Committee will be presenting a
program at ALA Annual - Don't Run a Mickey Mouse ILL Operation.  We'll
be presenting short skits that demonstrate what not to do and what to do
to run a "best practices" ILL department.  These ILL Ten Commandments
are giving me many possible examples!  Many thanks...
