[ILL-L] Eric question

You might be looking up the record for the individual item in OCLC. You
might look up the serial record (OCLC 12676405 is one) which has all the
ERIC documents and the libraries that own a section of the serial. We
share it with a sister school and do lend it (VXI), Ed.

I have received a lot of Eric document requests from local patrons.
When I look them up in worldcat, there are no locations to choose from.
I have a list of ERIC suppliers, but don't know how to place the request
or even if those suppliers have the particular item.  What am I missing
here or doing wrong??
