Need help finding ED095566 - Mass Communication Differences Between
Urban, Suburban and Rural Areas: Cross-Cultural Comparisons by Lloyd R.
Bostian.  Also, trying to locate ED242363 - Problems of the Rural
Community Colleges in Florida in Providing Vocational Education (As
Perceived by Administrators in Nine Community Colleges) by Swede
Phillips.

Full-text was not available through ERIC, but is available on
microfiche.  Does anyone know how we can get this?
