[ILL-L] ILL workload vs staffing levels quick survey

Dear fellow ILLers, 

Would any of you be willing to share with me quick statistics on your staffing levels compared to your ILL workload? 

I'm looking for libraries processing in the neighborhood of around 25,000 requests annually (give or take) - 15,000 borrowing and 10,000 lending. How many full-time and part-time staff members do you have dedicated to ILL? Of those staff, what portion is considered support staff and what portion considered is professional (or MLIS) staff?
