What I would like to know is, how much did he also did through GIL
Express as well? Most of these characters, at least from my experience
here, are usually heavy users of that system for the mainstream stuff.
Denise Montgomery
Valdosta State University Library
who, in the last twelve months, has turned out to be the heaviest user
of our ILL system with 168 requests...and more requests than that via
GIL Express! But I have the excuse of working on a book.

this summer, currently hovering around 600 for the year. (It would be
higher, but we cut him off for a while to keep from going too far over
our IFM and copyright budgets.) His requests included medical articles
and books in French, German, Italian, Portugese, Russian, Hebrew,
Serbian, Spanish, Dutch and English. Before you ask--he reads or at
least can muddle through ALL of those languages except Hebrew.
