[ILL-L] fun ILL blog entry

Are these items largely books or journals?  We do a lot of journal ILLs,
and 50 to 100 or more would not be out of line for an individual working
on a grant application.  Of course, sometimes we do not see them again
until it is time for the next grant application, five years down the
line!

	That's a great idea, to give out an award like that.  But I had
to scoff.  50 requests in a year?  Please.  Amateur. ;-)  MY current
winner is a history faculty who has requested 195 items in the last year
alone.  Many in German and many quite obscure. :)  And I'm sure Arthur
at La Grange can top my winner.
	
	
	

		Check it out. It reminds me to think about ways to
engage users in our efforts, market services, show-off the staff that
provide the fabulous service and demonstrate our relevance with our
patrons.  Kudos to Jonathan, now a director but with an ILL past. 
		


	In this time of people not coming into the library much (at
least, we have a problem with that on our campus), this is a great idea.
