We're looking for this newspaper article:

Susman "TV ads in South Africa: out of touch with reality?" in
'Afro-American Red Star' Washington, D.C., Oct, 12, 1991, p. A6.

This title seems to have become:

Washington Afro-American and the Washington Tribune (Capital ed.)  

in 1988, but I can't tell from OCLC who has this year, and five
libraries didn't have it. Thanks for any help, newspapers are difficult,
