[ILL-L] ASTM standards?

I get a request for one of these just seldom enough, that I totally 
forget how to order. :)  I have found this standard all over the web, 
but we are unable to order and use a credit card, so is there anyone 
out there that actually has Standards so we could request from a library?

The particular Standard our patron wants is ASTM C295-03  Standard 
Guide for Petrographic Examination of Aggregates for Concrete.
