[ILL-L] What libaries are using Skype?

Aside from Cyril Oberlander, who is a great advocate for using this 
system, I would be interested to know what other ill depts are using 
Skype, the free VOIP telephone system that can be downloaded and which 
allows you to make free calls to any other Skype user anywhere in the 
world. One of my colleagues and I in our reference dept are 
experimenting with it with the idea of using it to replace our 
cumbersome, typing based, Ask A Librarian service, but I also think it 
could have implications for ILL as well, especially since we do have to 
make a lot of long distance calls in the course of our work. (One other 
thing to note: Skype was just added to Facebook as a means for their 
users to contact each other, so the system has the potential to really 
take off among young users!)
