[ILL-L] IFLA coupons - accounting for - swapping ??

Happy Friday ILL-ers.

I have two questions about IFLA coupons.

If you use them, how do you account for the expense?  Do you lump sum it?
Apportion the cost on a request by request basis?  Track it in a
spreadsheet?

Also, would anyone consider sharing extra coupons in return for IFM?
