ILL—everything you always wanted to know but were afraid to ask
Your library’s interlibrary loan service should reflect your library’s
philosophy of service, your institution’s mission and your library’s
unique collection. But how do you do that? What’s behind interlibrary
loan, how does this community work together and where do you go for
support beyond the keystrokes?
This *NO CHARGE* half-day workshop is not about keystrokes—it’s
understanding the ‘why’ behind those keystrokes. This workshop will help
you understand the community you’re a part of and your responsibilities
to that community as a borrower and a lender. We’ll also cover
copyright, standards and resources.

approach and be a full participant in the resource sharing community.
