[ILL-L] ILL dept location within organization

That fits JPL in all ways but the last:
We serve the Main Library and 20 branches ( and all you as borrowers).
We are located on the Conference Level far from the maddening crowd.
(Yeah- I know that should read Madding Crowd, Thomas Hardy fans).
Special Services reports to the head of POP/FIC/CIRC who also oversees
us (Special Services) and the Talking Books Library at the Main Library.
She reports to the head of the Main Library. The head of Support
Services thinks we should be part of his group because we serve the
library system, but he hasn't prevailed.
