[ILL-L] citation verifi ation

In legal citation style, the citation should be:
16 Wayne Law Review 167.  The article starts on 167 and goes through
194.  If you want the issue number, it is issue 1, Winter 1969.  The
author is probably a student, Brian M. Barkey.  The author's name will
not appear at the front of the article, as it is a comment, rather than
a law review article.

	I've looked in Index to Legal Periodicals v.15 & 16.  Not cited.
