[ILL-L] Verify citation for Sky & Telescope

Hi everyone,

I have an interesting citation that doesn't seem to make sense. The
citation given in the bibliography the patron has is this: 

Hardie, S. 1979, Sky and Telescope, 58, 25.

We don't have a title, so we can't check that, but when we look in the
Sky & Telescope 58, 25. The information cited (a formula) is not in the
article. There is also no author listed. Everything else, year, volume,
and page numbers match up. Ulrichs lists several places that index Sky &
Telescope, but many are ones we don't have access to. Since there isn't
a title listed, it's a bit difficult to check as well.

Can anyone shed any light on this?
