IFA will photocopy up to fifty pages for free. Occasionally we will
photocopy more than that.

Subject: Free copies over 30 pages?
Our recent discussion about copying long articles made me
wonder: Does anyone have an up-to-date list of libraries that don't
charge for copies that are more than 30 pages long? This isn't
essential, since for articles over 30 pages I usually give a maxcost of
$0 and add a Borrowing note "Please conditional if charge" (we're an
LVIS library); but when patron need long articles fast, I have to check
the OCLC policies (and find that most libraries don't list their charge
for copies).
GLG (where I work) doesn't charge for copies of up to 100 pages.
(Of course, we're a small library without vast periodical holdings; I
know that many LVIS libraries are fairly large university libraries and,
aside from cost issues, probably don't have the time to provide long
photocopies.)
