[ILL-L] Video/DVD and LVIS

Hi All,
  I wanted to ask a question to LVIS libraries:  Do any LVIS libraries 
have a separate policy where they charge for videos and dvds but not for 
books?  I spoke with a library today who said that although they are 
LVIS, they do charge LVIS libraries $10.00 for videos and dvds.  I was 
not aware that the policy did not cover loanable A/V material.
