[ILL-L] Automating Temporary Records process

We are a medium-large library system that creates temporary records in
our catalog for borrowed ILL items.  I know there are some libraries out
there that have found a way to automate the process of creating these
records.  I'm interested in learning how this might be done.  We do all
of our ILL borrowing through OCLC's World Resource Sharing via ILLiad.
Our local catalog/ILS system is SIRSI's Unicorn.

 

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.
