[ILL-L] Need help identifying OCLC record

I am trying to identify this book in WorldCat:
 
Congress.House Committee on Appropriations.Department of Defense Appropriations for 1981. Part 4.
Hearings... 96th Congress, 2nd session. Washington, GPO, 1980.  675p.
(Hostage Rescue Mission, pp 605-675)
Book call number:  R 353.6  C7491d  1981
 
 
The closest I can find is OCLC record 6755317.  Part 4 however, is not Hearings, but Procurement....
I am wondering if this is the book.
 
Can anybody look into this?
 
If the item is not in WorldCat from where can it otherwise be obtained?
