[ILL-L] how to "unship" an item?

You can undo a shipped status in ILLiad.  I don't think you can in WCRS.

Hi David,

Perhaps our toolbar is different than yours?  We have nothing called
"process" that I can see.  We have had the problem of accidentally
updating something "returned" when it has not been, and would like to
"undo" that as well.

Click on "process" from the tool bar and select "undo shipped".
