JPL had a yoga class one year as a selection for its Staff Development
Day.  I'm not sure how much yoga was taught in a little over an hour.
The class registration filled up fast.  I know I could have used a nice
Savasana session that day.  I think it falls in the category of stress
reduction.

So most of the classes sound fairly routine....but Yoga?? *grin*

Unfortunately, Ohio's a little too far away for me to check it out.
