Heather-
I remember the research libraries group doing a study
perhaps 8-10 years ago and I think it was thirty plus.
The average cost of a new book is $26.
So we are an expensive service compared to the
price of a book. And thats another question--whats
the cost of cataloguing a book on top of the price?
When we invoice for the replacement cost we add
$5 as a processing fee.
You have a terribly important question.
ILL on our webpage is one layer under the homepage
--under the "Main Library" tab.
