[ILL-L] Copyright question

We don't record copyright for embargoed articles. We see them as 'not
yet received', because we are certainly paying for access to the database.

I can't point to a specific law/guideline/code that says this is
permitted, but it works well for us. I'd estimate the situation pops up
only once or twice a month, so it's not really a big deal. Thank
goodness. :)

Hope this helps!
