[ILL-L] help deciding between illiad, relais, and ariel

Hello all,

We want to purchase some software to assist us with the secure electronic
delivery of ILL documents.  I was wondering if any of you had a moment to
share what software you use and if you like it.  I'm looking at Ariel,
Illiad and Relais.  I'm not sure if we need all the features we could get
with Illiad or Relais but am not quite sure of what they have to offer and
how they differ from Ariel.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
