[ILL-L] Self pick up / check out

5. I AM concerned.  We'd much prefer our material returned than to
receive payment for replacement.  Borrowing patrons that can pull the
book them self and have a nefarious purpose in mind can walk out with
our book without checking it out if the self-checkout -- like our model
-- can desensitize a 2nd book that is slid through with a book that is
checked out on top of it.  Furthermore, we'd prefer our ILL books not be
desensitized at all and most models desensitize as they check out.
