[ILL-L] 6 month test period for ILL to Canada

In my very limited experience borrowing from Canada, it can take quite
awhile for items to arrive, so if you are planning to loan to Canada, you
probably want to take that into acount in your loan period. It took one item
almost a month to get from Ontario to Virginia.

Hope this helps,
Becki

We are going to conduct a six-month trial period for loaning to Canada. We
want to work out some procedures here, and determine if the cost is doable.
Six months is a fair trial period.

Do any libraries loan av across the border? Any problems?

I have updated the Policies Directory to indicate loans to Canada.
