[ILL-L] Bloomberg Law Reports

Does anyone out there have Bloomberg Law Reports volume 2 (6) from 2005?
Our patron is in a rush and needs the article, "Outside Director
Liability Risk: how much did Worldcom and Enron change the rules?" by
Bernard Black. If anyone could provide this article I would be extremely
thankful.
