[ILL-L] Need "Deciphering Race" on cd

Does anyone out there own this book on cd-rom, and are you willing to lend?

The bib record lists isbn for the book and a separate one for a cd-rom.  The bib record doesn't say that the book is accompanied by a cd-rom, and here is no separate bib record for the cd-rom version.  I have checked the catalogs of nearly 40 holding libraries, and they all appear to own the book.

We have received the book from two libraries; there doesn't appear to have ever been a cd-rom with the it.

thanks for your help and any insights that might clarify this for us.
