[ILL-L] ALA Emerging Leaders Program

It seems to me that, not having an MLS, on the one hand I'm not asked to do reference work or circulation work, and can just do ILL, but on the other hand some ILL jobs require the MLS, so it's not a bad idea, Ed.

     I am under 25 and the Interlibrary Loan Supervisor for a resource
sharing academic library; and I find the program very interesting. Is
the M.L.S. an eligibility requirement?
