[ILL-L] help with ariel problem

I'm writing from the University of New Hampshire. We use ariel and our
systems person just changed the I.P. address on the ariel machine at one
of our branch libraries (used only for sending). Now none of the
articles we scanned are sending from that machine. He thought it might
be the firewall settings in ariel, but we can't be sure. Can anyone
help? Thank you.
