[ILL-L] IDS?

If it is from a Pennsylvania library, it stands for Interlibrary Delivery Service.  It is a delivery service for all types of libraries in PA.   They have grouped together to negotiate low cost delivery of books through UPS.  They are all assigned a number for their library which you might see in the address or ship to field.  LCY has an IDS number of 226.
