[ILL-L] Default replacement costs

We do the same, though our processing charge is $5. We estimate the
charge before we get an actual invoice after looking at what it would
cost to replace the item.

Does your library have separate default replacement charges for public
library lenders vs. institutional library lenders?

Also, in which category do you assign LOC or state libraries?
