[ILL-L] Commercial Document Suppliers

Our suppliers vary for what we need, but in the last year we've used:
 
Canada Institute for Scientific & Technical Information (CISTI);  British Library Document Supply Centre; National Research Council (of Canada); ProQuest (for dissertations); Ingenta; National Criminal Justice Reference Service, National Library of Australia and the National Archives Census Microfilm Rental Program.
 
Our policy is to check the cost before sending a request.  You never know when they're rates may change.  If you have an account with a document supplier, the're more likely to send you notices of any rate changes.

Does anyone use a commercial document supplier for items they can't get anywhere else?  Which do you use and what's the charge?
