[ILL-L] [ARIE-L] Good and bad news from GAC

The subject line says it all.  

Good news--we are now formally live with ILLIAD lending.  We're sending articles by Odyssey when possible, and using other methods when not.  We're a little slow at the moment while we learn, but promise to get better by the end of January.  :)

Bad news--ARIEL is acting up.  We've downgraded to 3.1, and the director is tinkering with the settings again as I type this.  Hopefully we'll get it working today and can resume sending articles by ARIEL as well.  If not, we'll keep faxing and mailing them.  I'll post to the list when it's working correctly.

Thanks for all your patience as we go through these changes.  We really appreciate it.
