[ILL-L] Replacement page: A global history of architecture

Same with our copy.  Luckily only one or two letters seem to be missing per line, so most lines should be easy to reconstruct (for example, a ten-letter word of which the last nine letters are "ontinuous").  Still, it's annoying.

It looks like an overall printing problem.  We have the book and the
same column of text is missing those letters along the left side.
