[ILL-L] Going "non supplier" for OCLC Resource Sharing--some
unofficial help

It's the season of holiday giving and ILL non supplier time. When I
train on resource sharing I always tell people that it's best practice
to go "non supplier" if you're going to be gone for more than a day.
Requests don't age like fine wine or cheese--they age more like a
squashed orange under a 3-pound bag of apples.
If it's been awhile since you last changed your status or if you're new
to resource sharing and need some help here's something I put together
to guide you through the process. It's pretty simple--the trick is now
that we have 'deflection' you can do even more to make sure requests
don't "age to next lender".
Happy holidays!
