[ILL-L] Any tutorials for printing labels or bookstraps?

My apologies if this is a duplicate. This is my third attempt at this query.
 
I wonder if there are any tutorials for printing labels and bookstraps in WorldCat Resource Sharing. I've tried to work it out myself a couple of times and I just end up in a muddled dead end. I would love some step-by-step instructions!
