[ILL-L] OCLC Faculty Reciprocal Borrowing Program

It appears to me that the OCLC Faculty Reciprocal Borrowing
Program is for faculty to travel to another member institution.
Is there any ILL involvement in returning books etc.?  I would
like to hear from anyone whose college or university is a member.
