[ILL-L] FW: Urgent request for photocopy from Polish book

Dear Librarians,
I have a request to photocopy pages from the following Polish book (which is unavailable in my country). If someone would possibly oblige I would be very grateful. Unfortunately we are unable to pay for the service.
I searched OCLC and saw that it exists at Harvard Widener Library, Yale, NY Public Library, Cornell and Columbia and numerous other places.
The pages in question are 47-55, 146-165, 202-212, 333-335.
Any help would be appreciated.
