[ILL-L] Accepting IFM ? Help!

Do we not have to contact our regional OCLC office about being added as

If you're using IFM, the charge is counted when the item is received,
and appears on the monthly OCLC bill, Ed.

Help! We have never charged anyone for any loan so we are at a
complete
loss now. We did charge someone yesterday for postage since it was
overnight, UPS and $85 and they did put $85 in their max cost field.
How
do we accept the charges? Do we change something in that record? or in
our policies? or? Even though they have already received the package I
have not yet said yes to the request in case I have to change
something
somewhere.
