[ILL-L] Accepting IFM ? Help!

Help! We have never charged anyone for any loan so we are at a complete
loss now. We did charge someone yesterday for postage since it was
overnight, UPS and $85 and they did put $85 in their max cost field. How
do we accept the charges? Do we change something in that record? or in our
policies? or? Even though they have already received the package I have
not yet said yes to the request in case I have to change something
somewhere.
